A new home & a safe harbour

Can you believe it’s November already? This year is flying, but I’m glad it’s still autumn and winter is holding off for now.  I’m looking out my window as gold and rust coloured trees as I type.

I got a bit down last week with constant updates of Ai threatening artists & creatives small businesses online. If you’ve been on Instagram lately, I’m sure you’ve noticed. I got myself all worried, had a brief mope, then a word with myself, a good strong coffee and a deep breath. Then I took a really positive forward step. A lovely one too!

I’ve opened a new shop on Folksy.

If you’re not familiar with Folksy yet, it’s like the UK’s answer to Etsy, and they are absolute champions of British Craft. They’re also focussed on protecting artists & makers from Ai which feels like a safe harbour just now.

From the minute I joined, it’s felt like the perfect home for my cards, stationery & art. There’s a lovely friendly vibe about Folksy, and there’s so much beautiful craft and art on there from the other sellers! I already have my eye on some things!

To celebrate my new Folksy shop opening, I have 15% off everything for the first 2 weeks.
Use code: HELLOFOLKSY at checkout, valid til 14.11.26.

I’d love it if you had a nosy and let me know what you think of my new shop.

Thanks for reading, have a lovely week friend.
